Private Equity Executive Assistant

Leading global alternative investment firm headquartered in Boston. 

This highly reputable and sought out private equity firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide dynamic administrative support to the team with a flexible, positive and “can-do-it” attitude. A true team player with meticulous attention to detail who extremely well-organized.


  • Manage heavy calendar scheduling.  Plan complex meetings, calls and travel arrangements including domestic, international and private travel
  • Coordinate all internal and external meetings
  • Track business expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Provide back-up coverage for phone buddy/other team members (during lunch or absence)
  • Receive, screen and route all incoming telephone calls, mail and correspondence 
  • Comfortable working with many different types of personalities
  • Provide support for personal errands, mailings, reservations etc. as required


  • Positive and professional attitude, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized, meticulous attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work well under pressure and not get flustered
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and respond quickly
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook)
