Responsibilities will include:
Serve as a critical team member in support of senior advisors working with clients
Organize and assemble client ready materials including contracts, client/prospect meeting presentations, and quarterly performance reports
Coordinate with our internal Service Team to manage client information, asset transfers, document retention, cash balance alerts, private investment documentation, etc.
Maintain CRM records for clients and prospects, and support business development efforts
Work effectively with external professionals including custodians, trustees, accountants and attorneys to execute tasks such as tax payments, transfer of assets, verifications, etc.
Handle day-to-day inquiries
Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a minimum of two years of professional services experience, plus:
Strong client service orientation
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and sophisticated clients
Has high professional standards, judgment and discretion
Ability to take initiative and act proactively (i.e. anticipates problems, raises suggestions)
Very strong organization skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent ability to juggle and prioritize a variety of tasks daily
Ability to work independently as well as within a small team
