Client Service Associate

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual interested with a high attention to detail and exceptional emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a critical team member in support of senior advisors working with clients

  • Organize and assemble client ready materials including contracts, client/prospect meeting presentations, and quarterly performance reports

  • Coordinate with our internal Service Team to manage client information, asset transfers, document retention, cash balance alerts, private investment documentation, etc.

  • Maintain CRM records for clients and prospects, and support business development efforts

  • Work effectively with external professionals including custodians, trustees, accountants and attorneys to execute tasks such as tax payments, transfer of assets, verifications, etc.

  • Handle day-to-day inquiries

  • Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a minimum of two years of professional services experience, plus:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong client service orientation

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and sophisticated clients

  • Has high professional standards, judgment and discretion

  • Ability to take initiative and act proactively (i.e. anticipates problems, raises suggestions)

  • Very strong organization skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent ability to juggle and prioritize a variety of tasks daily

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a small team
