Finance Manager

  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibilities include the following tasks:

  • Manage team associates and all day-to-day team deliverables and functions

  • Oversee the quarterly reporting process while identifying opportunities for reporting enhancements

  • Seek data aggregation efficiencies and lead the implementation of alternative reporting solutions

  • Credit facility management and all compliance functions

  • Research and recommend additional offerings that complement or replace existing services

  • Set-up and facilitation of charitable giving functions

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and vendors to remain informed of all recent developments and improvement opportunities

  • Point of contact for Managing Director inquiries

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years experience in the financial service industry with extensive client service experience

  • Family office and alternative investment experience is preferred

  • Managerial experience; excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail

  • Creative problem solving ability and sound judgment – ability to use own initiative and take responsibility for decisions

  • Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels

  • Capability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Advanced MS Office. High knowledge of advanced Excel financial functions
     

DESIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance
