FIRM INVESTOR RELATIONS TEAM

The Firm’s Investor Relations team includes 40+ professionals focused on business development, client service, diligence, and marketing and is based across offices in Boston, New York, San Francisco, London, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Tokyo. This team is responsible for raising new funds and accounts, supporting existing investors, collateral production, and reporting across all of the firm’s strategies.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The IR Marketing Coordinator will be based in the Firm’s Boston Headquarters. This individual’s primary responsibilities will be to support the Investor Relations team and assist with communications, marketing, and events. He/she will serve as the expert on Salesforce and Cvent for the IR team as it relates to events and fund launches.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Monitor IR inbox and pass along emails as required

    • Generate mailing lists and coordinate sending launch and fund update letters and topical research

    • Work with Coverage Officers to generate fund launch lists and save the date/event invitation lists

    • Use Cvent to create event websites, send invitations, and send fund launch letters and periodic updates

    • Provide support for events such as Annual Investor Meetings by assisting with meeting invitations, managing internal and LP RSVPs, name badges, hotel reservations, and event app implementation

    • Coordinate Diligence Days and provide onsite event management assistance

    • Assist with materials preparation including custom investor agendas and LP background profiles

    • Coordinate logistics for Limited Partner Advisory Board special events

    • Monitor and grant access to fundraising diligence sites

    • Update contact information and assist with pipeline updates in Salesforce

    • Maintain Due Diligence Questionnaire log and compliance pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Bachelor’s degree and project management experience required

·1-2 years of experience in an administrative or department coordinator role, preferably within a financial services firm

·Experience in Salesforce and Cvent preferred

·Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and ability to work with large amounts of data

·Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

·Detail-oriented, highly-organized, self-starter with team-oriented mindset
