KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Investor Relations Operations activity across all Private Markets businesses (Global Private Equity, Ventures, Double Impact, Life Sciences and Real Estate)

    • Maintain investor account information in CRM database

    • Maintain investor account information on the Firm Investor portal and diligence sites

    • Prepare and deliver routine investor communications such as client reporting, cash distributions, capital calls and K-1 delivery

    • Respond to daily investor inquiries related to capital account statements, cash distributions, capital calls, tax issues, and contact/wire instruction updates

    • Assist in fundraising efforts across the Private Markets platform

    • Process onboarding of new subscriptions to funds and enter client information into CRM database

    • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service in response to any query or interaction

    • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Investor Relations, Compliance, Legal, Tax, Finance, Operations and external Investors, Administrators, Auditors

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1 year of experience in Client Services for the Financial Services Sector or Alternative Investments Industry

    • Detail oriented

    • Strong customer service orientation

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with investors as well as personnel across the firm

    • Self- starter with strong project management and follow through skills

    • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities with changing demands or deadlines

    • Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information

    • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

    • Experience in Salesforce preferred
