KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recon and Control

• Responsible for providing world class operational support for the investor relations, finance, and fund management teams across Firm investment platforms

• Work with other team members to maintain a scalable operations function that provides a high level of support to the organization primarily related to reconciliation and control:

• Daily reconciliation of cash and assets with custodians and brokers

• Daily tracking of trading activity

• Daily reconciliation of P&L

• Reconciliation of Administrator data

• Collaborate alongside/with other operational departments to provide coverage and product knowledge

• Continually analyze, review, and improve the working practices and processes of the Investment Operations team

• Identify and research complex transactions and communicate to stakeholders both internally and externally

• Interact with the funds’ trustee regarding cash availability and funding requirements

• Opportunity to learn additional investment strategies within BCC

DESIRED BACKGROUND/EDUCATION

• ·1-3 Years financial services experience – bank loan experience preferred

• ·Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• ·3.25 GPA or higher

• ·Proficiency in Excel

• Experience in Advent Geneva preferred

• ·Well-rounded candidates preferred

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines

• Ability to read and decipher complex legal documents

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm

• Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
